Humankind has been making and enjoying sourdough for thousands of years. Join local health guru Elisabeth Fekonia for an introduction to the world of sourdough.

• Discover how to have a very low gluten intake with sourdough.
• Learn how the old fashioned leavening process works as opposed to modern yeast bread.
• See a showcase of sourdough grain products such as pasta, pizza dough, wraps, biscuits, cakes and crackers, and enjoy some samples.
•Come along to watch a practical demonstration on making sourdough pasta.
